it's all about a view from a window and how it slowly changes. I removed the two videos so I could concentrate on the samaritan story. I will be putting them back on another page and continuing. It's a good thing, believe me.
You're welcome. Feel free to relate your experience here. Let's expose these phoney people for what they are..False, shallow, needy, sad, lying, odorous failures.
Hi Paul, it had to be done. They perceive themselves as people who know best and matter in the branch when in fact they are deluded narcissists. Everything, is about them. They are very needy and when you're around people like that, the slightest difference of opinion will make you their mortal enemy. They need to be loved a lot more than the normal person. Good people who had a lot more to offer Samaritans have resigned because of these deceitful few.
Hi, I feel cool about it. I hate injustice and had to get the story out. I did it for those who can't do confrontation and felt intimidated by this little deceitful oligarchy. I was never intimidated by them. They didn't have the balls to approach me because they knew I would have put them firmly in their place by reminding them exactly what they are. A bunch assassins and cowards with no understanding of how to conduct themselves in a moral manner. So yes I'm well cool about it now.
Thanks for sharing the samartin story. I love your stuff, especially when you go off on one like the man on the track coincidence. You're of the chain buddy.
That would be fab wouldn't it? Next to C's latest dribble about what it means to be a sam, Ha! Like she would know. More like, what it means too me to ingratiate the hidden hand and cut everyones throat on the way up the ladder to insignificance! Ha ha! Keep it flowin' Cool
Loved the samaritans expose'. You always find these types of arse holes in organisations like this, they have to justify their wretched lives this way. You're well out of it Blindboy. Keep up the great work.
Hi Jess Thanks for your comment. Last I heard, there was going to be change in the branch but knowing what I discovered about the Samaritans, I don't believe that for a minute. Let's just hope the callers are getting a better deal.
I can't see your videos, presumably because this is such an old series of entries. Sadly Liverpool branch is, or was, not alone in being run by a select few while loosing a massive amount of good volunteers. Speak up about injustices and bad practice and you're the volunteer who gets frustrated at nothing being done while the bad volunteer gets commentated for doing something few others wish to commit to, like training or prison team.
I finally finished watching these videos. I worked for a nonprofit for 17 years and found myself getting sucked into the same type of game and had to leave so I did not turn into one of them and by them I mean Directors and upper management. It makes me wonder if there is a place for folks to go anymore and make a difference in a larger arena. Hope so. I re-tweeted your link and hope people will have the presence to understand it. I know there are plenty of good people out there but seems no where for them to go and do the good deeds they wish to do. Thanks for exposing these cowardly few.
Hi Girl, Thank you for watching the videos and commenting. These people never had morals at all. They look down their noses at others, they were the type who were strange and sad behind closed doors, most of them should have been ringing Samaritans instead of answering the phones.
I'm looking forwards to your Samaritan story. Seems to me you've had an interesting life. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi John, it's done now and out for all to see. Let me know what you thought of it.
DeleteHey blindboy really enjoying the view from the window, give us loads more mate. lets see the spring in together. ha!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing the spring in with you.
DeleteMan you are so weird. I really don't know what to make of it, but i'm starting to watch. I don't know if it's a good thing or not.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment. I'm guessing you were/are from the Liverpool branch. I did it for the vols who have resigned because of these people.

DeleteFunny how you get some of the cruelest people in society masquerading as do-gooders in charities.
ReplyDeleteIt's a funny world full of funny people. Thanks for your comment.
ReplyDeleteHow do you feel now you've finished the blogs? Do you felt it helped telling the story?

ReplyDeleteSo yes I'm well cool about it now.
My friend i'm glad you feel good about it now but this stuff won't change, people don't like change, they prefer the devil they know.
ReplyDeleteStay true.
Unfortunately that is true.
